A traditional real estate firm will provide the same services for a 6% commission, which is typically split between the listing broker and the buyer broker. Our $450 Flat Fee MLS Listing + $950 Negotiation and Closing Services eliminates the listing broker's side of the commission, saving you a minimum of 3%. And, you’ll retain the right to sell directly to a buyer, and pay no commission at all! Our web exposure actually increases the odds of selling directly to a buyer and saving a full 6%.

MLS: We'll list your home for sale in the South Central Wisconsin MLS for 1 Year. We also list your property on WIREX, the Wisconsin state-wide MLS.
INTERNET EXPOSURE: Your listing will be advertised for sale on over 800 real estate search websites including Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and more! Plus, your listing will show up on all traditional real estate company websites including First Weber, Coldwell Banker, ReMax, Keller Williams, etc.
PHOTOGRAPHY: Listings with more photos get more views! We'll professionally photograph your property using our Sony Alpha a5100 with a wide angle lens, specifically designed for real estate photography. Every listing receives 35+ still photos!
MARKET ANALYSIS: During our appointment, we'll review recent comparable sales and assist you with setting your listing price.
SHOWINGS: All showings are scheduled directly, allowing you to communicate directly with agents and buyers.
THE BASICS: Lockbox, Printable Property Brochure, and High-visibility Professional Yard Sign are included.
NEGOTIATION AND CLOSING SERVICES: We will receive and present all offers to you. We will then discuss strategy with you, and handle all negotiations on your behalf. We will draft the appropriate documents, including all Counter-offers and Amendments. We also will coordinate all Inspections & Testing, order Title Insurance, schedule your Closing, and review your Settlement Statement for accuracy. Note: The $950 Closing Services Fee is paid at closing.
The listing package includes unlimited renewals at no charge and can be cancelled at any time.

Ready to purchase a home? Our Exclusive Buyer Agents will schedule and attend showings with you, draft and present offers, negotiate your purchase, coordinate and attend home inspection, and coordinate and attend your closing.
