"Premium-PLUS" Services Package
From time to time, a home seller may decide that they need or want some additional services. For that reason, we have created this upgrade package. Of course, you can still list your home with us for $399 WITHOUT buying these additional services. These additional services include the following:
Cost: $800. This additional fee would be payable at Closing, if this package is chosen............. and NOT due upfront.
Contract Presentation and Negotiation
We will accept the Offer to Purchase paperwork on your behalf. Present it to you. Discuss with you how you would like to respond to the offer.
Counter-offer Preparation, Presentation, & Finalization
We will prepare the Counter-offer paperwork and present it to the buyer (or their agent) on your behalf. Once all parties agree, we will make sure all paperwork has been signed. We will then forward all documentation to your attorney for closing.
Ordering Title Commitment & Title Insurance
We will contact the title insurance company of your choosing, and place an order for the necessary title work. When the title commitment is issued, we will forward it to your attorney for review.
Hold Earnest Money Funds in a Trust Account
We will accept the earnest money deposit on your behalf. We will place those funds into a Trust Account. We will arrange for these funds to get to the title company for your closing.
Schedule Your Closing
We will verify that all parties are ready to proceed to closing. Then, we will contact the title company on your behalf and schedule a closing date and time.
Recommendations for a Real Estate Attorney
We will give you contact information for several local attorneys handle a Seller's Closings. You may then contact those attorneys and decide which attorney you would like to work with.
